Gaming smartphones are a rare breed. 

 While multiple smartphone makers have   tried to crack the market, only Asus  is still at it, at least in India.   The Asus ROG Phone 5s is the  latest model from the company   and is said to offer the best gaming experience  out there. Here's a quick first look.   The Asus ROG Phone 5s has some top of the line specifications, making it capable of running   pretty much any game in the Google Play Store. The big 6.78-inch 144Hz HDR 10+ AMOLED display   and front-facing stereo speakers make watching  content engaging. The ROG Phone 5s sports   ultrasonic air triggers on the frame which can act  as shoulder buttons when you are gaming. It also   has side mounted USB Type-C port, which makes it convenient to charge the phone while gaming. There   is a 3.5 mm headphone jack for those who want to plug in the headphones. You might have noticed   that the ROG Phone 5s is big and bulky. You will  definitely notice the weight while holding it.

This phone is designed to appeal to gamers and won't be suitable for a wider audience.   ASUS has used the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC with an updated cooling system. There is a 6000mAh   battery and support for 65W fast charging,  although you only get 30W charger in the box.   The ROG Phone 5s features up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There's also a ROG Phone   5s Pro model with up to 18GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. You get a 64-megapixel main rear camera   13-megapixel ultra wide camera and a 5-megapixel  macro shooter plus a 24-megapixel selfie shooter.   The ROG phone 5s is purpose built for gaming. Asus hasn't held back in terms of hardware,   resulting in a device with top of the line performance.   If you're impressed with the ROG Phone 5s,  stay tuned for my full review coming soon.
